In the realm of mental health counselling services, there is a growing recognition of the importance of embracing individuality and catering to the unique needs of each client. Anomalous experiences are often overlooked or dismissed in the wider public as well as the mental health community. Here I offer a non-judgemental space where people can share experiences they have had without being labelled or diagnosed.

What are Anomalous Experiences?
This is a broad term that covers many experiences. These include: psi perceptions, Vision and apparition , Out of Body experiences, Near Death Experiences, Mystical experiences, Abductions and UAPs or UFOs experiences (Rabeyron & Loose, 2015).
Anomalous Experiences sadly have a stigma or shame associated with them which leads to being ostracized or labeled. Here I would like to extend a therapeutic hand. Anomalous Experiences are not limited to any specific group or person, they happen to people of all walks of life. My job is not to judge, diagnose, or label, but instead to offer a nonjudgemental space where my clients can explore these experiences in-depth without judgment. From here with collaboration, I seek to support the client to find ways to come to terms with these experiences to help strengthen and improve aspects of their lives.
